Often client's can overlook garden furniture as having any potential value.  It always pays to consult a valuer who can point out any interesting pieces which you may have overlooked.  This pair of Coalbrookdale style cast iron benches illustrated came from a heavily overgrown garden and had not been noticed for years.  They went on to realise £1,800.
