We are looking for a Saleroom Assistant to join our team
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in the world of auctions and objects, with some relevant experience in the antiques or auction business. Ramsay Cornish is a busy working environment and we often work to tight deadlines. A professional and friendly approach is essential. Computer skills useful.
The job will involve working in a support role to our valuing and cataloguing team and will involve, organising goods consigned for sale, assisting in setting up sales, dealing with clients etc.. Training will be given to enable the successful applicant to move into cataloguing and valuing. Lifting will be required.
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm. We hold six Specialist sales each year, held on Saturdays, and you will be expected to work these days in addition to your normal week.
